In 2023 the Climate Justice Forum (CJF) evolved into a month-long series called Climate Justice Conversations (CJC) to continue discussions of environmental justice beyond a single night.
Our 2nd annual CJC will be centered around Envisioning Our Collective Future. We will be hosting six events during April 2024, culminating in the 5th annual Climate Justice Forum. The Forum will be held on April 23, 2024 at the Fowler Museum and will feature a panel and concert. Throughout the night, audience members will be invited to envision a future framed by the ideals of abolition ecology and environmental justice. While climate justice is at the heart of CJC, these issues and our approach are intersectional. Throughout the month, we will focus on envisioning a future rooted in abolition ecology, disability justice, food justice, and anti-capitalism.
